Will never go back here and will steer everybody I can away from this place.
The new owners seem hellbent in ruining this place. Many changes coming. Gas pumps already gone. Soon, no AAA discount. Prices going up too. Convenience store/waiting room ripped out. The Downtowner was the bomb. MisterCarWash is likely TO bomb!
This is the best car wash in town. I bring my car here when it needs a thorough cleaning. They take the time to get the entire interior and exterior clean. The waiting area is comfortable and the staff is very friendly.
I love the fact that she seen my AAA card without even asking and gave me discount. They left my truck looking nice
Used to be the best place to get a car wash but now that it’s under new owner ship the service has gone down hill went there to get get a one wash gift card that they were advertising but when I got there they said they don’t do that. So I asked why and asked why do you advertise it. She just told me that’s the way it is we’re under new owners and walked away.
I am a very loyal customer, and I always go here to get my oil changes and a interior detailed package, ranging to about almost $60. With the ownership the workers are careless, I have to ask them 3 or 4 times to either vacuum my car right or wipe things down that should be included in the interior package. Even with the horrible service I still give them a gracious tip. When I called and spoke to the manager about the service he simply told me if I want it done right maybe I need to upgrade my package = more money. He had a none caring attitude.I”m already paying close to $60 if they can’t get it done right with this, than there’s no way I am paying money. I don”t care how good the downtowner is, I will be spending my money else where.
