This is the first bad review I have ever posted. I visited Elsmore Aquatic 2 weeks ago to buy some starter swimming gear for my girls - including swim caps and goggles. After one wearing, one of the $9 swim caps completely ripped. I brought it back today thinking that Elsmore would let me swap for a new swim cap. I was told that even though the cap had only been worn once, they would NOT exchange it for a new one because it was only a $9 item. They added that if the item would have been a $40 item, such as a swim suit, they WOULD be able to exchange it.
That is a poor policy, and I'm very disappointed in their customer service. We won't be giving them our business in the future.
I just had the best customer experience ever with this store. Debra was so helpful I will definitely be purchasing from them in the future and I recommend to everyone!
