Ive shopped Sears for years. I spend my time usually looking for sales/deals in the tool, shoe and clothing dept. I also like that the Rice street location has a DMV in the upper level that is open later and on Saturdays. This is very convenient for people.
I love it. The employees are great and the store is clean.
The store’s return policies are ridiculous. Compared to online prices are overpriced. Shelves are under-stocked. Long line at the register and only one register available. It’s no wonder Sears is going out of business.
My experience at this Sears location was extremely pleasant! I was able to find everything that I liked in my size. There was no wait at the fitting room, and the fitting rooms were surprisingly clean and organized! The employee that helped me at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer!
wow is this place hell on earth. standing in a line of 15+ people. only 1 register open. the place looks like a war torn wasteland of forgotten merchandise no one actually wants to buy. staff is rude and will scurry away if they see you approaching with a question. yeah eff this place. the fact this store has more than 1 star on average is jaw dropping. once you're inside getting coughed on by everyone, tripping over products all over the floor, you'll see what I mean.
