Never got back to me regarding an appliance repair. Guess they don't need the business. I recommend calling someone who does.
Plaza TV, put their knowledge of a variety of dishwashers to work and located a stainless steel model that fit the irregular size of a kitchen in a condominium I owned. Plaza has provided great service and advice for TVs, stoves and other appliances.
The team at Plaza is the best. Had us in and out in no time with my exactly what we wanted. Prompt delivery and service. Don't go to a big box store.
Very poor communication. Brought in TV (54" Samsung Smart TV, not a piece of junk) for repair and did not hear anything for almost three weeks until I stopped in the store and asked what was going on. The repair department person was out, and no one could either find the TV or provide any information. They called me a couple hours later claiming that they had tried to call me . I had no record of any call, certainly no messages. So he said the diagnosis has been done and gave me a price. I authorized the work. Two weeks later, I stopped in again, this time determined to get me TV and get out. The person did not even attempt to explain why no contact was made and nothing was done. Another guy carried my TV to the car and said the part has been ordered. I took for my TV, and left.
