Friendliest & most helpful indeed. Needed a pipe die first thing the next business day, and could not find one. The website showed the tool at Kendall's. Called the store and the person that answered went and physically pulled the part and brought it to the counter to reserve it. This service meant so much because it was during rush hour traffic and would have cost way too much if the tool was not there when we got there. This is an example of what great customer service should be.
Man this hardware store is the best service and quality. Free popcorn too. Unbeatable. I stop going to menards and home depot once i shopped here. Recommend. We need to support places like this. Awesome service. Anyone rating under 5 is injustice. Just kidding. imo.
