I had the best experience ever today. They were not pushy at all like the other stores I went to before this one . they were very understanding and They were Super helpful and was able to help me find my favorite style of ring within my budget. I just love the customer service. Every time I mention something that I thought isn't possible they made it possible. I love my ring and I would not trade it for another one. If I was to choose a store to go back to all over again, I would totally go back to this place.
I can't believe the owner let's this happen? We've been customers since 2002.

I did a trade in not realizing they sold me a ring at a 66% price increase, so stupid me, I paid for the new ring & they took my old ring, to double their profit! It was a total shell game. I can't believe they're still in business! Theives, Sadat, Jenny, & Lewis at the Maplewood/St.Paul store
Personally I like the price; however, the manager (non Hmong) is so unprofessional. She is demanding, bossy, and rude. Her tone is not friendly. The Hmong staff helped me and almost to completing my transaction. She come to him with a strong demanding voice, "You need to go over there, those client need help". As if I don't need help either! Poor management!!!
