I had a great experience with the two technicians that came to my home. Fred (tech #4155) and the other person arrived at the beginning of the window of time the dispatcher said they would. They quickly assessed the situation with my main house drain, and began to clear the line right away. Once I was shown the details of their initial work, they told me they were going to clear it again with a wider blade. They took their time to go the job right, and kept me in the loop at every step. Would recommend them and would totally use them again.
The 2 star deduction is for the dispatcher or whomever writes the schedule. I was given a window of 1:15 to 3:15, the plumber didn't arrive until just after 5pm. I called and spoke to the dispatcher twice and both times I was told 30 minutes, and both times it was more than 30 minutes. The plumber did eventually arrive and Brian #936 was, as the plumbers always are, great. He was upfront about pricing and clearly explained what he was going to do and why he was doing it. He was quick and cleaned up after he was done. My only complaint is with communication. Our reference number is 19896456
What a great professional company. I called on this holiday weekend and was able to get a tech out right away. I got a text and within 30 min Josh tech #4348 was at our home. He was very polite and explain all the options and pricing before starting. After he was done he made sure we were satisfied with the service before he left. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter. I recently had a clog in my tub. I decided to call Roto-Rooter after failing to clear the clog myself. Upon calling, the receptionist was polite and I was able to book a technician in a couple minutes. The technician (Wayne) was at my house about 2 hours after placing the initial call. He was courteous and knew exactly what to do. Fixed the problem in about an hour. I would definitely go with them for any future plumbing needs. Prompt service, great work, worth it.
