I had received a collections letter by mistake and I needed to also reassign a payment from interest to principal. Given the reviews I was dreading it.
Only 4/5 because of the collection letter being sent in the first place but I appreciated how the customer service rep handled it.
Turned out that the customer service person was REALLY nice and explained the issue with the collections letter (void) and she did the reassignment of money to principal on the spot over the phone, reminding me it would be backdated to when the money arrived.
