Rudest store assistant ever, avoid if possible. I thought previous reviews were exaggerating
This UPS charges $.75 per box to tape it. This policy is not listed anywhere and is a complete joke.
Between stopping them from handing me the wrong persons packages multiple times (I even had to refuse a desktop computer they handed me that was someone else's PO box) to them losing a package of mine worth over $100 from the UPS driver to my PO box I pay for (defeats purpose of having one) to having to tell them my delivered packages are INDEED THERE and they find them from actually looking, it is a circus. Currently waiting for claim to process from package lost AFTER THEY RECEIVED IT and didn't go in my box. Receiver said he doesn't know where he put it and store manager said it might still even be at their airport hub (even though it says who even received it on tracking). Either my stuff was stolen or more likely given to the wrong person. Either way I would assume it wouldn't be the hardest thing to take a package from a driver at a front counter and put it in a mailbox 20ft from the counter. Then again I suppose I had too much faith in this location. STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE!
Terrible customer service. I used the finger printing services and while waiting in line I saw the employee being very aggressive with other people’s hands. She was shouting at a couple that spoke minimal English (they’re not deaf) and told them to come back another day when the line wasn’t so long behind them. About two weeks later, I received a letter from the U.S. Department of Human Services that the store never submitted the fingerprints and photo. I went back to see if they had a confirmation or anything that could tell me the store completed my finger prints, but the employee was extremely rude and was not helpful whatsoever. I do not suggest getting finger printed here or giving them any service until their customer service greatly improves.
Small space but easy for quick drop off of packages. Have packing supplies on hand (tape, envelopes, etc) at decent prices. Parking can be tricky during busy times but overall fairly accessible.
