Best little store in town, on the spendy side but we'll worth it . The produce & meat are the best.
Stopped in to pick up some random things since I moved close by and was amazed that a grocery store like this existed in Saint Paul. Many of its items are comparable in prices to Aldis and trader joes. I would highly recommend checking out their meat section. Honestly its nice to pay close to suburb prices for brand name food.
Backwoods, redneck country grocers have more local, natural and organic foods. This relic from days gone by has more hydrogenated oil and preservatives on the shelves than a typical pet foods store. Not sure how it's ever survived this long with this model.
Great neighborhood grocery store. Post office that accepts mail/packages every day makes it super convenient.
