I was very angry at what he said. That was uncalled for and unnecessary. I did end up yelling at him. He just kept saying the same thing over again. That they've never had this problem before. As if I'm lying trying to scam him. That was customer service at its worst. Sometimes you just have to accept the fact that not everything can be perfect at all times. Will never return again.
The cow intestines on sale stunk up the entire meat section. Reminds me of day old diapers. Happy shopping if you enjoy vomiting.
The only reason why this store is somewhat popular in the community is for to its slave labor prices. The immediate smell as you walk in should tell you to avoid the meat area and any of e meat products, which seemed like they are cut and packaged it in none refrigerated area b front of you. This place must have a pact with the health inspection dept as I can't tell how they would pass inspection.
Cheap prices and they have a good variety of stuff to choose from and find. Only thing i would complain about is their parking. Go super early when they open or an hour before closing time.
If I can give a rating of 0, I would. This morning I went there and bought seven pork meat loafs for spring rolls and sandwiches. Brought them home, and cooked four. Turns out three of them had a funny smell and taste. After tasting a small slice from each loaf to make sure, I brought them in, hoping get an exchange. The manager/store owner/whoever he is was being very rude.. Did not listen to my explanation. Said that their products comes frozen and stays frozen. That there's no way that the meats can go bad. I told him that I'm not sure why too but these specific ones are like that. Basically blaming me for not knowing how to "prepare" the frozen loaf. He just told me he'll give me a refund and to shop elsewhere and not go there again.
The place is nice, it pretty cheap here, a lot cheaper then dragon star but the parking sucks. They have a small parking that's always full and you'd have to park on the oher side of the block and walk around. Other than that the place is nice.
