Ordered loft bed from online furniture retailer on 8/11/2017. Delivered to delivery company 10/20/2017. They called to schedule delivery 11/08, no show. Rescheduled for 11/24-yes, the day after Thanksgiving. Bed finally arrives with two broken pieces, I was under the assumption the bed is inspected prior to making the 5 hour (one way) trip from Minneapolis to rural WI, would seem to make the most sense. Now here I am, ordered parts directly from manufacturer and will be backordered til mid January-5 months from the time I ordered the bed until the time it was usable. Nobody answers the phone-don't waste your time trying to get in contact. I will never order furniture from an online retailer again, if so-do you homework on which contractors they are using.
They were polite in scheduling and the independent contractor, Esteban, who delivered and set up our bed was fantastic. He was polite, removed his shoes, was thorough in making sure things were done well and that any questions were answered. I recently had another delivery that was quite the opposite. Esteban's level of customer service was much appreciated.
I had new bedroom and living room furniture delivered, and was very happy with the delivery crew. They were very professional and courteous. Delivery was early too!
This is place is the worst place. I love to order from Pottery Barn and West Elm. Every order has been a mess thanks to this place! I would have to write a book in order to go in to all the details ! If these companies continue using them I will find new places to order from. The delivery men are good workers though.
One of the worst customer experiences I have had. Company sub-contracts logistics from a very reputable business and does not do them justice. Company had my large order of furniture for 3 weeks, gave multiple erroneous excuses, would not call back when promising me over the phone multiple times. Order came damaged and missing components. Filing formal complaint with BBB. If you are able to find another company, spend the time.
