Saint Paul Regional Water Services usually opens up the Water Tower Twice a year to the public. The views are excellent, especially in the fall!
You need to climb to the top when it's open. Great views from the observation deck.
It has a good scenery from around the Tower but you are not allowed to go in do to a city signs not trespassing
Such a great piece of history and engineering. Always love seeing this tower from afar and up close. Wish it was open more than twice a year!
