It was a perfect setting for Thanksgiving away from home. The meal was excellent overall, with the only negative that the turkey was a bit dry (understandable at a home, not so much from a trained chef). The sweet potato cheesecake was so good even two of our family that don't like cheesecake actually loved it.
An amazing dinner complemented by amazing service. I will definitely be returning. Ben was very helpful and charming and gave us a wonderful tour with history of the house from the last 140 years. I would highly recommend dining here for a great evening.
I came here with a crew of 10 for a low-key bachelorette party, and the experience was exactly what I wanted. We didn't care to pay to reserve a room, but ended up with a dining room to ourselves all the same. The Victorian building and decor and loads of fun, we took advantage of the invitation to do some exploring, the food was amazing, and the wait staff very gracious about taking many, many pictures for us (even standing on a chair to get the shot we requested!). Free parking across the street is a huge plus too. Expensive, but worth it for a rare special occasion :)
Intimate setting for a special occasion. Entrees average in the $30-40 range. Cost prohibitive for a casual dinner IMO. Must try for an anniversary or birthday!
Service was just OK and the sirloin was tough and over cooked. Must say the deconstructed banana cream pie was fantastic. Overall 4/5 but was hoping for better.
