Really small selection of Hamline merch. It would be nice if it was on campus, it's hard to believe that they couldn't find room in the new student center for it.
The clothing is a little over priced.
It's great when they are able to get you all of your books in time, but that rarely happens. I always end up missing one or two without knowing because they neglect to include it in the list of books I need. Overall, I have not been happy with their performance the past two years.
