Outstanding service! If something major needs to be done to any of my cars they make recommendations and give me options. I never feel like they're trying to "sell" me on anything...just genuinely trying to fix my cars at the best possible price. I won't take my cars anywhere else. I can't recommend Bonfe's highly enough!

Tom and Brad have been taking care of our cars and trucks for the last 15 years. They have been very responsive and willing to explain things in a way that makes sense to someone who isn't a mechanic. They have consistently been quick to respond when we need help - and adding to the trust factor, they are willing to tell us when it is NOT worth doing a repair. The work they have done has been top notch and on the one time we had an issue, they stood behind their work and fixed the problem.

I had a clogged kitchen sink where a technician came out and attempted unsuccessfully to clear the clog and I was charged $265.09 for 1 hour of work. This technician used a power snake that did not have a pivot head. I called to reason with Bonfe as I do not think it is ethical to charge for work not accomplished. They agreed to put some of what I paid ( not stating how much) towards another appointment to get a water jetter to clear the clog. For the water better and another hour of labor, I was charged $556.00, making it almost $800 for 2 hours of labor to clear a clogged kitchen sink. The clog was removed, but when I called and asked what portion of the balance I previously paid went to the better service, I was lied to saying that service is usually $800 an hour ( when on the bill I received says $417/ he and that tech was unaware of any previous work having been done). I called in again to complain about the exorbitant pricing, and was offered a $150 refund, but never received it - now having been 2 weeks after the work was performed. I could have purchased my own equipment for that much and gone into business myself! Major rip off and unethical business practices.The only good thing about them is they do have expedited service ( did not have to wait weeks for the work to be done) and the technicians were pleasant enough
