Staff were up front and honest. No attempt to get me to spend money on unnecessary repairs. There were a few issues with my car that needed to be addressed, they helped prioritize repairs and had my car done and back on the road in a day.

My review seems to always get removed, because it is negative. I had an awful experience twice with them. Overcharged and they allowed my car to get towed during snow emergency, while they had my car and keys in their possession. Also, refused to pay to get my car out. Ridiculous working with the manager Drew. Condescending and rude. This was about in 2013.
