We had to park at the t top that did not have a roof and it was raining.One of the gentleman attendant grabbed an umbrella and followed us to the Excel energy center.my friend and I were very grateful for this gentleman.Going way above and beyond.Keep up the great work!
Tried leaving today after an event at the X... 45 min later I never even was able to back out to even get into line. Gave up with a bunch of others and came into the Liffey. I call and they said "they are working on the issue." JUST OPEN THE GATE!! You only get 15 min to leave after paying... absolutely absurd. Mind you this ramp is only 3 levels.
