I contract park here since I work nearby. Convenient location to arts, nightlife, and sports. It is Skyway connected, so that's pretty convenient. Level E and level H are handicap-accessible, with access to an elevator that will take you to the ground level & Skyway, though the elevator could be better marked. Level E also connects directly to the Skyway. The parking stalls are a little on the small-ish side, but I drive a compact car, so it really isn't an issue for me - but I do see how it could be for people who drive massive trucks/full-size SUVs. Though, most of the spaces are marked "compact only", so maybe that's a hint. Also, the spaces facing the inner-portion of the ramp have signs indicating that you shouldn't back in to them, though I see people do it all the time. I even watched a guy back into a space marked "do not back in", his the rear of his SUV on the concrete level behind him (leaving a dent & scratching the paint), and then act surprised and get mad about it. I mean, it's not like the ramp tried to warn you, what with all of the signs.
TL;DR - Good ramp with access to local art/nightlife/events/sports that can be pricey if parking daily but not on a contract, is skyway and handicap-accessible, and could be a problem for people with oversized vehicles and undersized reading comprehension. Full review below.

Absolutely horrible ramp for anything bigger than a compact car. Highly recommend avoiding if you drive a truck.
Tight parking lot a little pricy but very convenient for me
Tiny spaces, low ceilings and tight turns. If you have a compact car I'm sure it's great, but don't take a truck in here.
