Parked our vehicle here for a week over Thanksgiving 2017. We opted for the lot rather than the garage since it wasn't terribly cold or snowy. We arrived at 4:45 AM to park and the lot was easy to find, well lit, and appeared secure. As we began pulling luggage out of the vehicle, a shuttle pulled up with another family on board already. We were on our way in under 5 minutes from parking. The shuttle stopped first at Terminal 1 for the other family, then over to Terminal 2 for us. Quick and courteous service.
Last month Shepard Road Airport Parking staff rose above and beyond when our car would not start after a long day of traveling. Three of the bus shuttle operators kept tabs on us as we waited for AAA to figure out the problem and eventually tow us home. They were such sweet gentlemen and provided us with the best customer service. Shepard Road Airport Parking is by far the best price and quickest shuttle to the airport but I found out how professional and caring their employees are that day. Thank you to the night office guy for giving us shelter from the cold, snacks, a place to charge our phones, and a restroom to use while we waited. I will never take for granted such human kindness.
I've used this parking garage multiple times, and every time has been a great experience. I've never had to actually wait for the shuttle bus, they have followed me every time and picked me up and soon as I parked. Coming back, I also haven't had to wait more than maybe a minute for the shuttle to take me from the terminal to the garage. Drivers are very personable and I look forward to using this garage!
Our return flight was late Friday night and we arrived at the transportation area for Terminal 2 with our bags about 11 PM. The shuttle was not yet there so we waited about 10 minutes before calling the number for the shuttle. About 5-10 minutes later, the shuttle was there and picked up us with another family. Our total cost was about $80 for the 7+day, 6 night parking. I did reserve online but it was not necessary and did not save me any additional time or money. Great location close to the airport with plenty of secure and well-lit parking. Will be using again for spring break!
Great rates for a covered ramp. Awesome to not have to dig through snow to get to your car after a long trip. Their shuttles don't run as often as some of the other long term lots but their friendly and helpful attitude (and the covered parking) makes up for it.
I have been parking here for over 10 years and always get treated like family. I travel a lot and need a service that’s reliable and on time. They run a reliable and safe operation while maintaining a small business feel. Many of Shepard Road Parking’s drivers have been there 10-20 years which shows you how well they treat their people. Highly recommend !!!
