The owner was very nice and answered all our questions, we bought the most beautiful beta from him and ive never seen a healthier beta. He is so active and fun to watch.
For the locals: Although I originally had reservations about the shop's location (Arcade st has a bad reputation) I no longer worry about it because the shop has it's own parking lot and seems like a safe place. The shop itself is very clean and Tony the owner is passionate about the fish and provides excellent customer service.
Amazing customer service
Have purchased 7 fish over the last year from Tony at the MN Betta Shop. 2 males and a sorority worth of females. Every one of the fish are happy, healthy, and by far the most beautiful specimens I have ever seen. I wanted to wait several months before doing a review on the quality of the fish because it can take time for diseases or infections to show themselves. No worries here! Both my boys are doing great and the 5 sorority girls are not only healthy but getting along with one another famously.
