As a local I have heard so many Stories of rampid of officers accepting bribes, stealing money, and taking drugs without charges. Heard Frequent stories of buying and selling drugs to and from St Paul police.
Abusive, intolerant and uninformed of the CONSTITUTION. Worst department of police in the upper Midwest.
The basics of human rights and freedoms along with equality and the fact that that society is crumbling under the weight of chains the government is placing on us, your department is further causing he problem not preventing it.
