Nina's has great coffee and a wide variety of pastries and breakfast/lunch/snack options. It can get pretty crowded pretty quickly, so be prepared to snag a table as someone else leaves if you're planning on staying and enjoying the coffee shop vibe. There is usually a combination of people working on their computer & people conversing.
Please coach your staff on proper solid waste disposal.
Some feedback to the staff. I saw customers place recyclables in the dish tray with hopes of the item being recycled. The staff who bused the tray away took all of the sorted recycling and thew it in the trash! I asked him if they recycle... He said "we sort it later."
Good space to do work on your computer or catch up with a friend. The seating area fills up quickly; people hang out at the tables for a while. Drinks are good and reasonably priced. Haven't tried the food yet.
Fun little coffee shop right off Selby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many tables for lounging and drinking coffee, however, it is often pretty competitive to get your own table. They have a very large menu! A little more pricey than other coffee shops, but everything is pretty high quality. Stop in if you have the chance!
Very cute atmosphere, great location, and of course the coffee was excellent. I was there getting coffee with a friend, and kind of felt like I was intruding a giant study session, so it seems like a place people go to get work done as opposed to chatting. Could have just been the time and day that I was there. Either way.
Friendly, community atmosphere, with tasty treats and lots of seating. I don't normally like coffee, but I can tolerate- and sometimes even ENJOY- their coffee-based and -tasting drinks. Believe me, that's high praise. Get here early if you want a table, though.
