Love Swede Hollow Cafe! We've been going there since it opened ~20 years ago. Employees are great -- especially once they know you. It's like our own neighborhood "Cheers."
Good coffee and place us clean and pleasant.
So surprised at just how great a coffee shop/cafe this place is. Did I say gardens outside? Yes gardens and sitting area outside. Great sitting nooks inside with good pastries and some breakfast options.
SHC has good selection of drinks and pastries, fudge, sandwiches and healthy options for breakfast at reasonable prices. We enjoyed the views of downtown from the second floor.

Fabulous food. Great chicken soup for a cold, winter day. Great atmosphere, AND customer service.
Great place near Metro State. Amazing coffee here and plenty of seating. Outside was nice and upstairs was cool. It's like a small house cafe with great coffee. Happy I found this place.
