Stayed in St. Paul for work. Hotel is a great location downtown. Has a decent fitness center and pool. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant downstairs is a great option!
This hotel is not fancy but perfectly functional. I was there in the winter, so I appreciated that the Rival House Restaurant in the building was a really good place to eat. Good for business travel, too, because they have a shuttle service for anywhere within about 3 miles and they are right downtown.
The hotel was very nice and staff very friendly and helpful! The room was very comfortable and met our needs nicely. The parking garage was well lit and easy to get to. I was traveling with my daughter and stayed for 2 nights. The first night was very quiet but Saturday night around midnight people going to their rooms were very loud in the hallway. It woke us up several times. I would stay at this hotel in the future as I love Hilton hotels and hopefully the next time won't be as noisy!
We used the Doubletree St. Paul for our wedding block and had a great experience. Prices were communicated in a timely manner and when we reached out for additional rooms we heard back right away. Kelsey was great to work with, and sent over updates throughout the process. The best part was that we didn't have the chance to check in before our wedding, and didn't make it to the hotel until almost 2am. Thankfully they still had our room ready, warm cookies at the front desk, and to top it off a gift basket in our room. It was definitely a great way to end our wedding night!
We stayed last night. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. Check in was quick and parking is only $15.00. We ordered room service for breakfast, right on time, hot and tasty. We both had the Minnesota omelette with fried potatoes.
