I have to say I had a good experience. there is nothing I can complain. The guy was very friendly. Everything went good. I would do it again
I was worried i would have a bad experience because I read the other expereriences.
The only comment/complaint I have is not with the local dealers, but with whoever decides which vehicles they purchase. A few months ago I rented a compact car only to find that it didn't have power windows! And the crank was extremely difficult to use. I didn't know cars were actually made without power windows these days.
So this time, I told the customer service person I would like to have a compact car but it must have power windows. He said he couldn't guaranty that it would! So I upgraded the car and paid more just to be sure. He told me he thinks the manufacturers may create these cheap cars just to sell to the car rental businesses. That could easily be solved by just not buying those cars!
Hidden fees they do not disclose. We were quoted $118 in paper and ended up charged $204 for for no reason, with no gas charges. I feel scammed.
