. They are open until 1 p.m. on Saturdays I have called numerous times for the past half-hour no answer how can I depend on them when they don't answer the phone??
Agent was very friendly. And it was wonderful that I could drop the vehicle where my auto was being repaired. But for a 2 day rental, my bill was $118 more than it should have been. I returned the car with more fuel than it had when I picked it up. My insurance agent is trying to find out why I was billed so much. But as others have stated, no one answers the phone and my calls have not been returned!
They don't answer the phone! Ever-my rental was overdue and I had the hertz hold recovery team threatening to call the car in stolen....still never got a single call returned by anyone from this location...I must have called 40 times throughout a business day that they claim to be open...???
Great to have an HLE in downtown St Paul, always helpful and have worked to accommodate my schedule. Small location that manages their phones in-house, glad for direct access rather than a call center. Unlike other reviews, I’ve never had a problem with not being called back after leaving a message. Busy location, maybe it happens once in awhile and they’re the ones who leave reviews - only positive experiences from me every time I go. Much appreciated.
The office called to make sure the driver found me, and the vehicle was as requested. The staff were kind and personable. Highly recommend.
I was hesitant to use this location based on the previous reviews. However I had to call several times to change location and rental, and if they did not answer initially, they called back within a few minutes. They informed me ahead of time they would be busy the day of the pickup, and were still able to arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time.
