Easy and friendly check in/out. Nice car. Out of wiper fluid but when I went back they fillled it up pronto. Also could have been clearer about the fueling options. Wasn’t sure if I needed to return the car with the same amount of fluid (7/8 tank) or not. Presumed the former.
I travel a lot and this Enterprise location is THE best. The team members are wonderful. Carly, Alexis, Tyler, Shane, Cody & the branch manager Brittany!!! I love these people. They always take care of me. The culture that Enterprise has created for their employees is great!!! I would give them 100 stars if I could!!!!!
Team here is good and car was decent with two exceptions. Broken USB port meant we had to buy a charger and the washer fluid was FROZEN for 3 days of our trip. Definately suboptimal in winter. Got no break on price due to these items.
They were nice. And the in-town rental was very reasonable.
I rented a cargo van for long distance moving. The cargo van is in good shape and their service is excellent. The initial gas tank was not full so the agent waive the fuel charge completely. The best thing is they do not even charge for mileage unlike U-haul. I recommend this place for out-of-state movers.
